12-month planner

Check what’s done, skip what doesn’t apply, and adapt the pace to your family. Quinceañera is the starting point; switch celebration type anytime. Everything stays on your device.

Updated: October 2026

There is no single “correct” calendar. If you have fewer than 12 months, compress: date and place first, then guest list and RSVPs, then aesthetic details.

If you add it, you can download an .ics calendar with key milestones. We do not send the date to our servers.

Month-by-month checklist

Every task is optional. Traditions and timelines vary by family, parish, and region.

Week of the event

  • Confirm times with parish, venue, DJ, and photographer

  • Send a kind reminder to anyone who hasn’t confirmed
  • Leave buffer the same day for photos and traffic; love matters more than the clock

FAQ

Does this work if we don’t have 12 months?
Yes. Treat months as priority blocks: date and place first, then guests and RSVPs, then aesthetic details. Fewer pieces, better execution.
Do I need every task?
No. Check only what applies. Traditions (padrinos, court, shoe change, lazo…) are optional.
Is my checklist saved online?
Not on our servers. It is saved in your browser so a reload doesn’t wipe it. Clearing site data or switching devices clears progress.
What is in the .ics file?
Only key milestones (parish, venue, page, invitations…) as all-day reminders, computed from the date you enter. You can edit or delete them in your calendar.
