Answers about pricing, minor privacy, attendance confirmation, and how Celebrando el Día works. Jump to: pricing · minor privacy · AI and data.
What is Celebrando el Día?
Celebrando el Día is a celebration website for your family event, with attendance confirmation, ready to share.
You get one link with dates, places, padrinos, photos, and what guests need — instead of scattered PDFs and group chats.
Accounts are for parents and organizers; minor honorees are not the account holders.
What event types does it support?
It supports quinceañeras, baptisms, First Communions, confirmations, and bilingual weddings.
Each type includes optional sections and copy for that celebration (such as padrinos or court of honor) — you choose what to show.
Traditions vary by family and region; the product presents them as options, not as the only rule.
Can the site be in Spanish and English?
You can publish in Spanish, English, or both — each guest chooses how to read.
One link works for grandparents and cousins, each in the language they prefer.
On celebrandoeldia.com, create and manage start in Spanish; English is available when you need it.
How much does it cost? What are the plans?
There are four plans: Free at $0, Celebrate at $49 once, Pro at $19/mo, and Studio at $49/mo.
Free — try and publish with limits (90-day live window from publish, confirmation and AI quotas).
Celebrate — $49 one-time through your event date + 90 days (higher limits, brand badge removed while the plan is active).
Pro — $19/mo (or $149/yr) to keep the page long-term and connect a custom domain.
Studio — $49/mo for venues and planners (multiple client sites). Same prices as Site for Two. Guests never pay.
What does the guest link look like?
Guest pages live at celebrandoeldia.com/{slug} — a short link that’s easy to share.
You choose the {slug} when you create (for example /xv-sofia-2027). Avoid surnames in the slug, especially for minor honorees.
That’s the Celebrando el Día URL shape — no long paths or guest apps required.
Can I share the page on WhatsApp or with a QR code?
You share the link on WhatsApp or print the QR code on your invitations.
From the dashboard you can copy a ready-to-send message and download a QR for cards or signs.
The whole family opens the same link on their phone — no app install required.
Does attendance confirmation work for large families?
Yes — you collect confirmations by household, built for long lists and multi-generational guests.
Guests confirm who’s coming (and plus-ones per your plan); you see everything in the dashboard and can export on paid plans.
Caps: Free up to 50 responses; Celebrate up to 300; Pro and Studio up to 2,000 per site — useful when aunts, padrinos, and cousins reply as groups.
How do you protect privacy when the honoree is a minor?
Parents hold the account; minor-honoree pages are noindex, and we suggest a guest password.
Defaults include: noindex (not in search or our sitemap), a suggested guest password, and no surname in the public slug or titles.
Only you upload photos of the minor; you can unpublish or request takedown anytime. Marketing and billing target parents or guardians, never the child.
Does AI write my page? What happens to my data?
AI drafts content; you review and publish. We tokenize sensitive personal data first.
Names, dates, places, and URLs are replaced with opaque tokens on our servers before text goes to the AI provider, so the model doesn’t see that cleartext.
Nothing goes live on its own — you can edit everything by hand. Free includes a monthly AI quota; Celebrate, Pro, and Studio unlock broader use. See also our AI disclosure page.
Can I password-protect the guest page?
Yes — you can require a guest password on plans that include it or as an add-on.
Pro and Studio include it. On Celebrate, add guest password from Billing, then set it in Manage. Free cannot require a guest password.
We suggest it for quinceañeras, baptisms, and Communions. If you downgrade, the gate stops being required (the hash is kept if you upgrade again).
Can I use my own domain?
Yes — with Pro or Studio you can connect your own domain to the guest page.
Set it up in Manage → Custom domain (DNS pointed to us). Free and Celebrate use the celebrandoeldia.com/{slug} link.
If Pro or Studio ends, custom domains get about 14 days of grace; after that guests keep using the Celebrando el Día link.
What is Studio? Is it for venues and planners?
Studio is for venues, photographers, and planners who run multiple client sites.
At $49/mo you get an org workspace, up to 10 active sites (plus packs), templates, family handoff, and API access.
You can create sites under Celebrando el Día or Site for Two per client. Best practice: transfer ownership to the family after the event.
How is Celebrando el Día related to Site for Two?
Site for Two is our sister brand, focused mainly on couples and English-first weddings.
Same platform and same plans; Celebrando el Día is the Spanish-first storefront for family celebrations (XV, baptism, Communion, confirmation, bilingual wedding).
Guest pages stay on the brand host you created them on — we don’t mix guest links across brands.
Do guests ever pay?
No. Only the family or Studio account pays; guests never see checkout or ads.
Confirming attendance, viewing the schedule, or opening the link is free for your guests.
