These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sitefortwo.com and related services (the "Service") operated by Site for Two ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a studio or business, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The Service
Site for Two provides tools to create, publish, and manage wedding websites, including optional AI-assisted content drafting, RSVP collection, galleries, and related features. Features vary by plan as described on our marketing pages and in your dashboard.
Your content and guest data
You retain ownership of content you upload or enter. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service.
For each published site, you and your partner (if applicable) act as the site operators toward your guests. You are responsible for:
- Accuracy of event details, registry links, and published information.
- Providing any privacy notice or consent your guests require under applicable law for RSVP and contact collection.
- How you use, export, or delete guest RSVP data from your dashboard.
- Ensuring you have rights to photos and other media you upload.
We process guest RSVP submissions as your service provider to deliver forms, storage, and dashboard access.
AI couple guide
The AI guide suggests draft text and structured site content. All AI output requires your review and confirmation before it is treated as final or published. You are responsible for verifying names, dates, locations, and any sensitive information. Do not rely on AI output as legal, travel, or safety advice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes.
- Upload malware or attempt to breach or overload our systems.
- Scrape or harvest guest data without authorization.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your relationship to an event.
- Circumvent plan limits, billing, or security controls.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the platform or other users.
Plans, billing, and Stripe
Paid plans and add-ons are billed through Stripe. Prices and plan features are shown at checkout and in your billing settings. Subscriptions renew until canceled in the Stripe customer portal or as otherwise described in the product. One-time purchases (for example Celebrate) are non-recurring unless stated otherwise.
Fees are in US dollars unless noted. Taxes may apply. Refunds are handled according to our published refund policy or as required by law. Contact hello@sitefortwo.com for billing questions.
Custom domains and subdomains
Certain plans allow {slug}.sitefortwo.com subdomains or connected custom domains. You must control DNS for custom domains and comply with our technical requirements. We may reclaim inactive subdomains that violate policy or trademarks.
Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties including Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS/CDN), email providers, and optional AI APIs. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Site for Two AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless Site for Two from claims arising from your content, your treatment of guest data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless we agree otherwise or mandatory consumer protections require a different forum.
Changes
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel paid plans as applicable.
